sensible questions
How does licensing work?
The creative fee covers the shoot. Licensing covers where and how long the images run, so a social-only campaign and a national one are priced differently.
What is the turnaround?
Contact sheets in 48 hours, retouched selects in 1 to 2 weeks. Rush timelines are possible with notice.
How far out should production book you?
Two to four weeks is comfortable; faster works when the team and location are already set.
Deposits and kill fees?
A 50% deposit confirms the date. Reschedule once at no charge with a week of notice. Cancellations inside 48 hours are billed at half the creative fee, since the day is already held.
